5 Layer fiberglass reinforced silicone so it will never collapse under vacuum. This is the highest quality silicone coupler you can buy. 4" section has a 2" leg , 3" section has a 3" leg

Note: This is the same coupler we supply in our Neon SRT-4 Cold Air Intake Kits as an option for use on turbos with 4" compressor inlets.
