After over a year of using TNS I finally had a glitch in my delivery. However, after one phone call and 5 minuntes of being on the phone we fixed the problem and everything was fixed and completed.

I had originally had a problem with the website's calculation of shipping charges to Canada. I contacted the customer support team, they resolved the problem quickly, and took my request in short order! Thanks for the great customer service!
